The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently announced the final National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR) for six (6) PFAS, widely known as the "Forever Chemicals". This regulation establishes legally enforceable levels, called Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs), for six PFAS in drinking water, and requires all public water system to monitor, report, and take action to ensure safe, clean drinking water for their communities.
