The new Urban Empowerment Center under construction in Harlem was recently featured in The New York Times. AKRF has provided environmental site assessment/remediation and noise consulting services for the $250 million mixed-use development with a headquarters for the National Urban League, new Urban Civil Rights Museum, affordable housing, office space for nonprofit organizations and institutions, and retail space.
