CSG Law assisted Home Port Alliance for the USS New Jersey, the organization responsible for the restoration and management of the Battleship New Jersey Museum & Memorial, in connection with its borrowing through the Camden County Improvement Authority. Tricia Gasparine and Dorit Kressel (left and right), Chairs of the Public Finance Group, along with Ashley Davidow (center), coordinated this project which financed the first dry docking project in 32 years for HPA, which is vital for the longevity of the country’s largest and most decorated Battleship. The ship is expected to be in dry dock for 60 days for preventive maintenance. In addition to the bond financing, HPA is using grant funds as well as donations to finance the project.
